Just remember, no matter how much you think your life sucks (shit job, fucking law school, can’t win a god damn race, girl friend is nuts) at least an ten foot long alligator didn’t rip your arm off just because it felt like it.
Officials say an alligator bit off part of a golfer’s arm [...]

A short break from the study of law

I’ve been thinking more lately about cycling. About bicycles. About me. Actually riding bikes. I used to, you know. Once. Upon a time.
I rode them here, I rode them there. I rode them everywhere.
Now I sit and read law books, case briefs, learned treatises, horn books, [...]

It takes place in the wild and foggy mountains of “Monts d’Arrée”.
A sort of highlands of Britany where even lizards look interested and [...]

Some lucky couple christened one the Dallas Cowboys stadium’s new bathroom stalls the other week. Gnarly. They just took home the Whiskey Tango Lifetime Achievement award. Link with video. Some things are better left unseen. Trust me.

Gregory and Alexandra Bruehler, parents of a 7-year-old girl, were struck from behind while riding their [...]

God Bless America

Finished my fifth midterm exam in four days yesterday. Utterly mind numbing. Came home and drank seven beers while I cleaned the handgun. My wife is going to the range.

Today’s study break offering

I like the Phoenix song. And, I like the brat pack movies. So it follows that I like the mashup, right? Go figure. One plus one still equals two.

Evans wins Worlds

Man, I did not see this one coming. Not by a long shot.

Get heavy on a Saturday morning.

I dug into the backlog of emails this morning, the mass of messages, links, videos, shout outs, images, and naughty bits that has (once again) piled up over the last week. This one knocked my socks off. This one needs sharing. We could all learn something from this, this man, this writer, [...]
