To make it more extreme, they could strap some of those 3 year-old-chain(not bike chain) smokers that Indonesia is famous for onto their handle bars and zip around and white-knuckle speeds.

I do live in Balikpapan though I’m an AZ native. I split my time living there between Tucson and Flag. I still manage to get to Flag for some riding every summer.
