Did I tell you about that: http://www.parisroubaixchallenge.com/
“Nobody ever comes here in conquered territory” (Marc Madiot – winner 1985 + 1991)
Register in december.
and road calipers, and check out the top tube on the second guy’s bike— is that a ladies’ frame set??
…mikey…bianchi special built X frameset for paris-roubaix & the rock shox sl fork…
…i know johan museeuw rode one also…looking for a photo ‘cuz as i recall, the rear end was suspended…
…here ya go, mikey…

…thank you internetweb thingy & thank you richard pestes @ pez…
well cut off my legs and call me shorty. that’s radtarded.
…that photo is from 1994 & that is museeuw on said bike…i had forgotten that only one was ever built…even with all that suspension he flatted & finished 13th, 4min & change down…that bike was never raced again simply because with 200 k’s of smooth road in paris-roubaix, the extra weight was too much to haul around…
…andrei tchmil won that particular 1994 race with a rock shox sl & duclos-lasalle had won the year before, also with a rock shox sl…
…clearly they had their day for a short run but again, it was the weight factor that killed suspended road racing bikes…
there is no way that ol’ Dickless LaSalle wasn’t a doping aficionado.
