About big jonny

The man, the legend. The guy who started it all back in the Year of Our Lord Beer, 2000, with a couple of pages worth of idiotic ranting hardcoded on some random porn site that would host anything you uploaded, a book called HTML for Dummies (which was completely appropriate), a bad attitude (which hasn’t much changed), and a Dell desktop running Win95 with 64 mgs of ram and a six gig hard drive. Those were the days. Then he went to law school. Go figure. Flagstaff, Arizona, USA

  1. Cervelo was textbook perfect, on the front from 10K to the line. The only team that was hanging was Liquigas, and they were simply protecting Nibali for the GC. Bravo!

  2. …props to jonny vaughters for landing the big lutefisk, ‘smash’ hushovd & his coterie of classic specialist’s…

…however, whoever reels in the the big motored cancellara (did i really say “motored” ???…wow, tacky), who despite another contracted year w/ bjarne, has been speaking of options that might better float his boat, will have made the “catch of the season”

…but if bjarne keeps that hook in his mouth, fishing for wins will be like shooting fish in a barrel now that he’s got his new ‘pistolero‘…

…’member some of our early discussions when senor vaughters spoke of packing up his creel & heading over to dip his line in the euro pond ???…we all wondered how well someone so politely mannered could do amongst all those piranhas …

…that well attired young man is now up to his “abercrombie & fitch” hip-wadered waist with his feet firmly planted on the bottom…while christian vdv has had some success (& a lotta problems), the most excellent tyler farrar is slowly proving to be a big fish in a big pond…

…i say props to you & your vision, jonny v…play out that line…
