Enquiring minds gotta know…what’s up with the front brake lever sans cable? I’m not entirely convinced I see a rear derailleur cable either.

Seeing the rest of the setup explains the ghost cable. Ride on Mr Bill! Hope the ‘canes don’t mess with Texas.

The maestro’s eye sees that there is no brake but there is a rotor on this steed . The front shifter is clearly visible .

East texas has a fine selection of junkyard dogs, a couple of dogsprints can make for a fine ride.
