The BUI Podcast is back, with 40 Hands left to drive this dimwitted clusterfuck into the ground after D2’s departure for greener pastures.  Todd Sadow of Epic Rides joins to help get the podcast back off the ground.  They chat about all things Epic Rides, the new Carson City Off-Road event, changes in mountain bikes over the past 17 years, and are joined by a special guest towards the end.

About 40 Hands

A fan of riding bikes with one gear, malt liquor, riding without knowing how many miles I’ve covered, and strip clubs that let you bring your own keg. I typically have a stupid grin on my face, it is because deep down I know that no matter what, my mom thinks I’m cool. Denver, Colorado, USA

  3. Y’all need to drink something harder and stare at a wall map of the U.S.

Midwest is big. And full of beer. Spans two timezones. Believe that. So much beer and riding that you need two segments of earth to encapsulate them.

When summer hits, the daylight in Michigan lasts until almost 9:45 p.m. Take a swim across Lake Michigan and then you’re in central. Michigan is Midwest as fuck.

I have folks in Oregon who always considered me an East Coaster because I lived in Ohio. That’s like saying people in Idaho live on the West Coast. One click above calling everyone in Kansas “flyover country.” Arg!

But, I love the return of the podcast. Epic, indeed.
