Some little baller is getting this for Christmas.

Keep it Swayze, son.

I mean the bike, not the beer. Popeye needs his spinach.

I put in a few hours after dinner last night. I build up five or six of the little rockets. I hope to make it back over again tonight. My girls are home with me for Christmas break, so night time is the right time. This is what being a good citizen is all about. That and Code Blue emergency preparedness.

Sunday Cycles. Holding it down like North Side Kings.

About big jonny

The man, the legend. The guy who started it all back in the Year of Our Lord Beer, 2000, with a couple of pages worth of idiotic ranting hardcoded on some random porn site that would host anything you uploaded, a book called HTML for Dummies (which was completely appropriate), a bad attitude (which hasn’t much changed), and a Dell desktop running Win95 with 64 mgs of ram and a six gig hard drive. Those were the days. Then he went to law school. Go figure. Flagstaff, Arizona, USA

  1. Props to Sunday Cycles and all the wrenches that donate time to help. I’m too far to help, but bet your ass if you were closer I’d be there in a minute!
And I guarantee the beer will be better!
Hell, if you do this next year, I’ll personally send a case of the good stuff!!

  2. Dude. You went done Rumsfelded me. Didn’t get me drunk, didn’t sweet talk me, just dropped a Rumsfeld up on me.

  3. Rumsfeld ??? Rumsfeld !!!!????

Great. It”s be at least a week and 1/2 before I can be happy again.

Only Cheney would have been worse

You and D2 are both obliviously friends of Che.

  4. …non sequitur but kinda ‘heart warming’ true story…

…hangin’ w/ a pal, workin’ on my car in sf the other night when a guy & his son in a front carrier on a clapped out ol’ bike stop ‘cuz the little man wanted to see what’s up…

…i look at dad’s ratty ride & commented on the front brake which wasn’t hooked up…

…dad sez “…this bike lives locked up outside my building & when i came out friday morning, my front wheel was gone…kinda disappointed ‘cuz my little guy here likes our evening cruises…but i came home from work friday night & the front wheel had been replaced – definitely with a different wheel…”

…i thought that was pretty darn cool…we do have bike thieves out here but we’ve also got folks makin’ sure you’re not too inconvenienced…

    …now THAT is a bike community…

  5. “Rumsfeld makes me want to drink myself blind though.”

    Only him ??

    Damn.

Just aboot every politician, bureaucrat and wanna-be the last 20 years has me wanting to go blind.

From the local DMV to that machine called Washington.

When does the war start again ??

  6. Humpty, I think I did see it. I forget the name though, er, steel, looking like an IF but wasn’t… And yes, a very nice looking bike.

As a side note, always cool when the world gets that little bit smaller. I hadn’t realized the bike that of someone who appears regularly in the comment section.
