I’m curious, or ignorant, or something. I know it’s against the rules to use pharmaceuticals and compete. Two questions: If the pharm’s are administered by a licensed doctor, doesn’t that mean that they were prescribed? And is it actually against the law to take pharm’s and compete, or just against the rules and ethics? I don’t like doping, I’m just curious whether any laws were actually broken.
