I mean, really? I think a good plug-the-poop-chute is good for the woman in my life, even if it hasn’t happened. (….yet.) But can Mr. T and Snickers really be called ‘homophobic’ for a commercial? WTF happened to the US of fucking A man?

Watch it yourself…

Ok, I understand that some people can find the use of the word ‘Gay’ to be offensive somehow, but guess what…? Cool, used to refer to the TEMPERATURE of something. Not to how HIP it was. Hell, HIP used to mean that thing that many people will have give out in their 70’s and 80’s, not something that is ‘currently enjoying status in popular culture.’

And yes, I just pulled that out of my ass.

So when peple say that speedwalking is ‘gay’  then fucking deal with the fact that speedwalking is a useless and boring sport that no one really gives a shit about, and when Mr T tells you to run like a man, that means either run like your ass is on fire and there is a stick of dynamite in it, or walk like Dirty Harry and show that you OWN the fucking place. Not some fucking half-assed bullshit in between.

And fuck Mars for not standing up to the US and saying,”Get a fucking sense of humor and deal with it, assholes.”

Goddamn bullshit, I say.

    BP-

That commercial is damned funny. Mr. T is damned funny. (Although as a lad, I was always distressed by how much ammo the A-team spent without actually hitting any bad guys.) A snickers gattling gun should be mandatory at stadium events and rock concerts. One that can lay down a stream of chocolaty, peanuty goodness all the way to the nosebleed seats. THAT would American!

Anyone who doesn’t think that is funny should be deported to make room for someone who does.

    Get some nuts.

I thought the ad aired in the UK, and it was people in the UK that complained, I’m not exactly sure though.

Got runner’s knee? (petella tendon) If so, no more running. I brisk, or speed, walking is better than nothing.

That psychotic tone is probably why your lady hasn’t given in to you yet.
Just kidding. But really, chocolate, peanuts and ass fucking don’t sound real good together. Peace.

…that is hilarious…especially when mista t</b< sez “get some nuts”

…so, lemme get this straight…it’s only shown in “old blighty” & american human rights groups are whinning ???…& most of the british gays interviewed thought it was quite funny…

…you want offensive ???…try those fucking burger king adds (there’s like three of ‘em, i’ve seen so far) where someone gets called out “just cuz” they wanted to enjoy their burger…the tone of those are definitely disingenuous & derogatory…now that is offensive…

Yeah KG, It was an ad aired EXCLUSIVELY in the UK, and i believe MADE for UK audiences. Now I know a few over here, and they can be some prettty nasty fuckers in their own right. But I really don’t see what is offensive about that commercial.

Also, notice how it wasn’t some GLBT horseshit complaining. It was ‘an American Human Rights organization”.

We really have in some ways become a nation of whiners and complainers; backed up by a litigation-based society. Time was, if you had a problem, the lawyers only got involved if it was something serious.
    but i am getting distracted.

Also, watch the first one. Its linked at the bottom of the window. Its the one with the soccer player. I feel about the same. Those guys dive as well as Greg Lougainis.

Yes, people need to lighten up, but what happens when it’s about a cyclist? Much of the world thinks we are a bunch of spandex wearing fags anyways, and not worth much more than a scratch in their bumper. Just sayin’…

Leave it to the liberals to censor shit in other countries. How GAY.

  13. TedBike3000 on August 1st, 2008 9:43 pm

Nowhere in the commercial does it say “gay”, it says be a man. I know a lot of guys that I don’t really think of as manly, but I don’t think of them as gay. I think it’s a bunch of touchy fucks seeing homophobia because it’s their job to. “GET SOME NUTS!!”
