i thought i should let a mass email do the talking for me. tomorrow i am having a hip replacement. i am a little nervous and thought a little action and positive mental attitude would help. so tuesday march 11th at 730 am pacific time get your PMA on and think about riding a bike, or running, or walking, or doing something that involves your hips.
do something fun, and then send positive thinking my way.soon i am going to be partially made of metal, and totally bad-ass
