If I was in Arizona I would be there. KG suprizes me that he ride single or maybe that is just to feel like a young punk or just a novelty bike. No offense just suprizing. I usually come to assumptions about people from reading their comments. I assumed you would be on a double squishy with high end stuff that doesn’t get bashed and smashed much. Like to meet yall sometime. Come out to Michaux come spring for some real pensyltucky action.

I ride both. Raced SS a few times in a previously fitter self. Lately I’ve been riding my fixie as a daily grocery getter and commuter with a ittle ‘training’ thrown in. I do have FS bikes, including a Blur, and a SWD Crazy 8 (long term loaner) but the closet trail is an hour away and the good trails are 1 1/2 to 2 hours away and frankly, I am sick of driving to ride. I’ve been doing it for too many years.

    But I just like bikes.

On a side note, I was surprised to find out that a vid I posted on youtube got listed as link of the day from the Bicycle Retailers Industry news website.

Living in the same town as the New Belgium Brewery, I get all a-twitter anytime I see that logo. My bike even sports a “Fat Tire” head badge.

After y’all get done with yer SS’n, c’mon over to northern CO for a stop by to sample some of the brews. I highly recommend a bottle of the sour brown “La Folie”. A cask aged beer that will knock you on yer ass.

I’ve not hopped on the SS wagon myself. I’ll sit by and watch, with a beer of course.

KG too bad to hear about the trails being so far. Maybe you can help endorse more community bicycling networks or short track parks.
