This is the best use of an RST fork I’ve ever seen.

I’m definitely feeling it.

Bacardi sent me the pics. Near as I can figure they came from bikeforum.cz. Not that I can read a word of that site…

This is exactly why I love this site. Now I know what to do with the “Extra” pony keg sitting in my garage.

    Foam!!!

I’ll stick to the kegerator in the garage and use my Surly flask for my trail alcohol.

George, c’mon man! We’re talking about RST forks here buddy! Best damping in the business. That shit is 80 mil of smooth ass travel!

If one of ‘em sucks under and average weight rider, imagine what two forks will do with 40lbs of beer.

    Jonny–

Flippin’ sweet, dude. I’ll pull all day for that guy. Awoo.

Maybe I can send them my RST XMO for an ‘upgrade’. Don’t ask me why I have that, but it’s currently doing front line work on my bike polo bike.

Hey, showed that picture to some friends and one claims that the 2nd photo shows that it’s fake. He thinks the top is cut and that there is a latch and hinge visible.

George - Can I hold out hoping it’s at least a really big cooler?

Wow, I love the idea, but, it might be a fake, as there is no pump for supplying “make up volume” as a beer is drawn. Taps have pumps, and bars/ kegerators have CO2 tanks.
Bummer to see that hinge too George, good eye.
I will be working this idea through my head for awhile now, as I have an extra trailer and some shitty forks laying around the shoppe.
Maybe a Bob, with a 5 lb Corny style keg… hmmm delicious pints, and yes, you will pull for that guy all day, he could use your help.

I’ve been wondering how to put all those obsolete/upgraded forks that are cluttering up my service department to good use… Now I have a use for them other than tossing them in the recycle bin!

[...] Bike Keg - Some clever bastard with spare RST forks built a keg trailer for his bike. Mmmmmm [...]
