Out here in Tempe, AZ we have ourselves a pretty sweet little Wednesday night ride that we have been doing for a while now. Start at a great bar, ride some trails in the middle of the city, then finish at the same bar. This is all a really good time, that is until it gets hot outside. This Wednesday was our first day of real summer heat (112 degrees) here in the desert and motivation to ride was low. What’s a drunkcyclist to do? Throw a pool party of course!
Scandinavian Jesus, seen above, summed it up best: “If you ride enough during the weekend, your week nights are free to party”. So with that in mind, go get your miles in. Monday will be here before you know it.

Haha! The villa! I lived in those apartments when I was in Tempe. I’m sure at least one of my bikes is still on the rack. Nice to see some guys living there. It was nearly all chicks a few years ago. Not that it was a bad thing. ;)
