You know that feeling?

….when you get home from a hard ride and you can hardly think straight and the adrenaline is still pumping and you gotta let the dogs out and you need food and you’re looking at your text messages and about 20 other things are going through your head……

At this exact moment, that’s how I feel. My heart is still thumping. My shoes are still on. The dogs are in the backyard, and unless I look directly at the keyboard, I can’t type a single word right.

I LOVE the feeling of coming home with trashed legs and a sense of accomplishment. It’s like fucking crack to me.

THIS is what it’s all about folks.

  1. Naw.

    That was Random.

99% better than the random shit usually posted here but…

Crack after a long ride ??

I go with dope. A 2 hour ride, that hasn’t happened in ages, makes me feel like I’m 17 and in serious need of a bag of chips.

    Spring here yet ?

  2. Hey Judi,

Congrats. My first decent ride of the new year (we’ve had 70 inches of snow here in PA/NJ) went 67 miles on the road bike in a howling wind Saturday. I’m still totally eFFing giddy. The fat old guy still has it. Nothing but real centuries (enough of that metric shiznit) from here on out. Yay spring.

  3. Good on you !!!

Every lunchtime ride, North Shore, Auckland New Zealand, leaves me wanting to puke my lungs out.

    Love this place.
