We'll see how the "aggravating circumstances" play out in this case, as opposed to the case of the firefighter. And littlejar, ...so effing pessimistic, and so right, it couldn't be said better. Damnit. And not to beat a dead horse, but I asked a few non cyclists the other day about the firefighter-shot-that-hit-the- helmet, and every single one said, unprompted, "attempted murder?" And they all pointed out that if he had fired the shot into another car.... We aren't crazy. These were non-cyclists. Maybe libruls, though. Shit.
