It’s that time of year again folks. Time for the non-affiliated, non-sanctioned, loosely related to Fat Spatula BC Bars-ON-Bikes. Come one come all. Then come again. Once again it will be in conjunction with the Tucson GABA Bike Swap on Nov 14. That’s this weekend, so polish that Bar Bike up. Plan on meeting at Bison Witches on 4th Ave with expected departure time around 8 something-ish. Come earlier if you would like to treat yourself to one of Bison Witches tasty sandwiches or famous soup bread bowls. Format will be as usual, with bars to be decided by a loosely semi-democratic, fly by the seat of your pants system. We’ll see if we can’t get some Foot Down going on in the Quad again or any other fun games people come with. So be sure to spread the word. Tell your spouse, tell your mistress, tell your friends, tell your friend’s mistress, tell random people you meet on the bus. Whatever. The more the merrier. Spend the day getting your bike swap on, then getting your drink on while getting your ride on. And why not plan a hangover ride for the day after?Be there or be square.
Oh yeah, I shouldn’t have to remind you, but I will anyways. Be sure to bring your lights and lock and your helmet (unless you don’t like helmets and can confidently maneuver over the trolly tracks while being potentially intoxicated).
