Hevi Kevi reminds us that the Pole Riders are still rocking it. Good times over there. Who would have thought pole dancing and bikes would go so well? They even offer “Pole Dancing Lessons” if you’re savvy. Can’t argue with that.
12hoursinphotos.com is an online project where the objective is simple. Snap a pic of your life every hour, on the hour from 8am to 8pm, and post up. The submissions thus far are from some recognizable hoods of the cycling Blog-o-sphere and in a glance, their time is well spent. I scrolled through the entire page and like the Surly dewdz said, yea, it’s mundane and intriguing all at the same time. Definitely worth a look. Art is everywhere.

Damn. Watching those kids just gets me stoked on the ride. Before I know it, I’ll go an display my sweet skills by riding around for a couple of days at 5mph in the middle of nowhere. That’s my flavor. Those kids though, on the edge of what is doable. Simply amazing. Thanks again to Hevi Kevi for the constant supply of inspiration.

I love that DC is showing BMX no matter what your reasons are. It’s funny though when you refer to the guys in the clip as “kids” because the park riders are mid 20’s and the vert guys are in their 30’s.
