This’ll probably be covered soon in more detail by the Tucson Lawyering Crew, but with Gnome at the P.E.E. and this in the paper, I wanted to make sure it got out:

A 91-year-old man accused of driving off after his car struck a group of bicyclists last month in Tucson has been indicted.

Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall says Tucson resident William Wilson is charged with a single count of leaving the scene of an accident involving serious injury. Sixty bicyclists participating in the Nov. 22 El Tour de Tucson bicycle race were riding through an intersection when sheriff’s deputies say a car turned left, colliding with 10 of the riders. Five cyclists were injured; one of them critically.
