So they are finally proposing to drill, that sucks. I was there doing research work 7 years ago in Canyon Lands, and we watched some seismic surveying going on. They let us watch the operation with the thumper trucks since we were geologists in a university vehicle, but would not give us details. While impressive to watch, I don’t think that I could stand to see that place destroyed, especially if you have seen southern Wyoming, or any other area that has been trashed in production.
