I friend who rode it (yes on the trainer) at Interbike said tha same thing I've read. Makes front shifting eaiser and more reliable. Self trimmng is cool. Back shifts, not much improvement, cuz it's already good. One reviewer I read said that he did a lot more front shifting than ever before. Upgrade the front, leave the back in the cable. I dunno.
