		<description>I dunno.  I friend who rode it (yes on the trainer) at Interbike said tha same thing I&#039;ve read.  Makes front shifting eaiser and more reliable.  Self trimmng is cool.  Back shifts, not much improvement, cuz it&#039;s already good.  One reviewer I read said that he did a lot more front shifting than ever before.

Upgrade the front, leave the back in the cable.</description>
