Good question. How’s this for a start?
CYCLOCROSS! Flagstaff! Free! Saturday. Race starts 10am. Dollar prime to the rider who drinks a pabst in the “pit.” get a free beer and a buck.
Meet Saturday b/t 9 and 9:30 at Synergy fitness in the Cedar Safeway shopping center, east of Buffalo park. Race in the lower Jump trails and Paradise/Park streets. We’ll ride up together, take a lap all together to see the course, and then gather for the start.
No permit, no nothin’. You race at your risk. Roads and trails are open. Vehicles can smuck bikes. Bikes can smuck dogs and small children. No smucking allowed. i live in this neighborhood. If you smuck somebody, i’m sending Mark after you.
Last weekend we had a good old time at Fort Tuthill. i cheated and still lost. hoo-ra for my singlespeed.
i’m gonna go lay out the course now. peaceout.
