Movement and progress are 2 diff things. We will be shortly moving away from the happy horseshit GWB has bestowed on us these last 8 years but any progress remains to be seen.
So it’s a tad premature for this post nes pa ?? Or nest pa. Or nes paa. Or….how the fuck do you spell that anyway ??
it’s progress indeed. maybe not in the ways of policy or repair, but it’s progress. record voter turnout and a nation finally seeing hope in the political system, getting over a 250+ year racial barrier, seeing government as a solution not a problem — it’s a great start. n’est-ce pas?
It’s generally a poor marketing move to translate trademarked names, especially internationally recognized trademarks but the seperatist quebecois nut jobs are prone to fits on insular idiocy and have been known to actually bomb businesses that don’t translate their names into french.
so, while even in france KFC is KFC, it’s a self preservation move to translate it in quebec.

OK……I’ll bite.
Excluding the 250+ year racial barrier……none of that has ever happened in 250+ years ?
So every Prez from George Washington to George Bush has done nothing but plug holes awaiting January 20, 2009 ?

ColonelSanders:
n’est-ce pas is the correct spelling.
While we’re on French for the Colonel, KFC is PFK in Quebec – ‘Poulet Frit Kentucky’. Not many American brands translate their names abroad.
