I am a 1L this year as well and I think in the first two weeks of class I have read more than I did in my entire undergrad. What sucks is when you have read a case 3 times and you are still unsure about what the underlying issue really is, especially in my Torts class when the case is from the 1600's. Those S.O.B.'s weren't using any english I grew up reading... Jonny, I feel your pain.
